How can I move multiple pages at once?

You can use the Shift or Ctrl/Cmd key to select multiple pages and then drag them all together to a new position. Ideal for moving entire chapters.

Can I rotate just one page that is upside down?

Yes. Hover over a page thumbnail to see a rotation icon. Click to rotate it 90 degrees right. You can do this as many times as needed.

What if I delete a page by mistake?

As long as you haven't downloaded the final file, you can reload the page to start over with the original file.

If I delete a page, does file size decrease?

Yes. Upon download, DuneTools physically removes the data of the deleted page, reducing the total PDF file weight.

Do bookmarks or index break when reordering?

It depends. Simple bookmarks (page 5) update, but if the document has a very complex link structure, we recommend reviewing the index after reorganization.

Can I insert pages from another PDF here?

This tool reorganizes one file. If you need to mix pages from several different documents, use our Merge PDF tool which has a similar organizer.

What happens to digital signatures?

Caution: Any structural modification (deleting, moving, or rotating pages) will invalidate an existing digital signature, as it changes the document hash to ensure integrity.
